Speaker：Dr. Jane (Zhongyan) Xu
Dr. Zhongyan Xu is the program administrator at George Mason University, where she manages the university’s MS4 program. In addition, she works with the drainage infrastructure and stormwater control measures through the lifecycle of planning, design, construction, operation & maintenance. Prior to joining the university in 2014, she worked as a consulting engineer in the private sector for ten years on a variety of water resources, drainage, and stormwater management issues. She has a PhD degree in Civil Engineering at Virginia Tech and is a
licensed engineer in VA.
