The Department of Neighborhood and Community
Services is now hiring summer camp leaders at sites
across Fairfax County.
Positions include a $500 summer sign-on bonus, up
to $500 in retention bonuses and
the opportunity to transition to
year-round employment. These
positions are ideal for college
students majoring in recreation,
education, special education
and other social service areas,
or anyone thinking of a career
in those areas who wants relevant
work experience.
Job locations are countywide at NCS’ Camp Fairfax, Teens
in Action or Therapeutic Recreation camps.

Recreation Leaders/Activity Leaders
Day Care Teachers
(Camp Fairfax)
Therapeutic Recreation Leaders
Food Access Program Leaders
