What to Bring:
Pre-registration is required for blood tests
ID card is required
This year’s flu and COVID-19 vaccinations will be provided in collaboration with Safeway Pharmacy. Pre-registration is required, and walk-in clients may face difficulties if vaccine supplies are limited.
Vaccination Information:
For insured participants: Most health insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid, will cover flu and COVID-19 vaccinations at no cost. Please be sure to bring your ID and insurance card on the day of the event.
For uninsured participants: Flu shots are available for $38 out-of-pocket (credit card payment preferred), and you will receive a $20 gift card after vaccination. COVID-19 vaccines are not available for uninsured participants.
Blood Test Information:
Free basic tests: Hepatitis B and C screening, cholesterol, and glucose testing
Paid blood tests:
Diabetes (A1C), kidney and liver function, uric acid, anemia, potassium, sodium: $15
Thyroid test: $7
Vitamin D test: $22
