Contest categories: 比赛项目

Submit photos of cleaning activities, collected containers, and other supporting documents. 比赛评审会根据上传的照片和辅助资料。

Awards:奖励

1. Individuals: Participation Awards to all submitted entries with 2 hour community service hour certificates. For the first 20 submissions, each will receive $5 gift card. 个人奖：每位提交资料、符合规定的参赛者会有2个小时的社区服务奖和奖状。前二十个上传资料的参赛者会受到$5 现金礼券。
2. School: each participant school will receive Award Certificate with student names listed. 学校奖：团体奖奖状会发给学生们参与活动的学校。

Volunteer Waiver:

I will follow CDC guidelines, including maintaining six-feet social distancing, wearing cloth face coverings in public settings where social distancing measures are difficult to maintain, and limiting group size.

I acknowledge that I am fully aware of any and all risks posed by these volunteer activities and that I have no medical condition that prevents me from engaging in them. 

I understand that there are inherent risks and potential hazards involved with the Activity (including but not limited to risk of injury and serious bodily harm); and, appreciating these, voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks of harm, injury, or loss due to my participation, whether caused by the negligence of CAPA NOVA or otherwise.

I also give permission to be photographed by CAPA NOVA or the media for use in printed materials, through the internet or through other media outlets. In submitting the application, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this volunteer waiver.
