Report summary: In her newsletter released on April 27, 2021, Fairfax County School Board member Ms. Elaine Tholen (Dranesville District Representative) featured CAPA NoVA to give the community an introduction. CAPA NoVA has been cooperating closely with the Fairfax County School Board to address anti-Asian hate and education related issues in the local community. CAPA NoVA Organization
Chinese American Parents Association of Northern Virginia (CAPA NoVA) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization established in October 2020, with the primary goal of promoting “Diverse Cultures, One Community”. It has grown rapidly to more than 700 members and attracted many volunteers who are committed to community and public services.
