Chinese American Parents Association of Northern Virginia (CAPA NoVA) is a non-profit organization incorporated in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 2020, and operates within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
Our Mission
CAPA NoVA works to unite, empower, and advance our Chinese Americans and the broader community by building community relationships, promoting education and learning, and advocating equal rights and opportunities on all fronts.
